We deliver short, practical courses that get people trained, ticketed, and into work. Built on real industry experience
Procon was founded by people who’ve worked in civil construction as labourers, machine operators, and site managers. That firsthand understanding of site operations, WHS requirements, and how things actually run on the ground is at the core of everything we deliver. Our trainers don’t just teach from a textbook. They’ve done the work, and they bring that knowledge into every course.
Training that leads to work
Civil construction is one of the fastest-growing sectors in the country, and trained, ticketed operators are in demand. Every course we run is designed around that reality. We keep class sizes manageable so every student gets genuine time on the machine and real attention from their trainer. We also work directly with employers, providing on-site training and Verification of Competency (VOC) assessments tailored to their equipment and their teams.
